We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Assistant to support the Arborist Sales Representatives and the crew based at our office near St Albans, Hertfordshire. We are looking for an individual who understands the importance and value of a client and recognises the significance of team support.

The key duties of the Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Assistant are:
The job role is very varied and would suit someone who is a team player, proactive and forward thinking. Applicants will need to be extremely organised, able to work independently, and have the ability to multi task. Excellent customer service skills are essential.
Applicants must have proven knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and the ability to work with our company’s in house computer systems (full training given).
Hours: Office based - 8.30am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
